2. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Description

AdRize Digital LLC may send SMS and MMS text messages to individuals who have provided appropriate consent to receive communications from us.

Depending on the type of consent you provide, messages may include:

After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message notifying you that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Rejoining the SMS Program

If you previously opted out and wish to receive SMS communications again, you may opt in again using an available AdRize Digital LLC consent method.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and may depend on your device, service plan, and network availability.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, AdRize Digital LLC does not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Specific Google Business Profile rankings
  • A specific number of leads, calls, sales, customers, or conversions
  • Specific advertising costs or cost-per-lead results
  • A particular return on advertising spend or return on investment
  • Specific website traffic levels
  • Placement or continued availability on any third-party platform

Historical results, case studies, examples, estimates, projections, or performance information are provided for informational purposes and are not guarantees of future performance.

6. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these website Terms modifies payment obligations established in a separate written agreement.

Any dispute concerning professional services that are subject to a separate written agreement will be handled according to the dispute resolution and governing law provisions of that agreement.
